Ordering
Orders must be placed in writing to avoid mistakes or misunderstandings. Holbein reserves the right to refuse orders where the customer is unable to verify their trade credentials to Holbein's satisfaction.
Delivery
Holbein manufactures and finishes products to order. For most products this means a delivery time of approximately 1 - 2 weeks. However in busy periods made to measure orders and more specialised items may take up to 4 weeks for delivery. Goods are despatched by our own van, royal mail or leading national courier.
Returns
As goods are manufactured to order we do not accept any returns except by prior arrangement. Any returns will be credited based on their "unfinished" price.
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled at any stage, however, once work has commenced on an order a proportional charge will be levied for the work already carried out.
Guarantee
Holbein products are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of manufacture provided that they are used correctly for the purpose that they were made. Holbein will replace or repair any faulty item at their discretion. Holbein offer lifelong product support and are always happy to provide assistance to any customers or users of their products.
Privacy
Holbein retains customer names, addresses and contact details solely for the purpose of maintaining customer relationships and use them exclusively solely for the purpose of business communication. These details are kept securely and not shared with an other organisation. Holbein retains no personal or financial information on any customers.
